MY STATEMENT
"I love to create. Since I was a child I have been experimenting with different materials. Through the years I have discovered many ways of expression, such as drawing, painting and sculpting. I decided to specialize myself in human nature, so I create mostly “human beings”. My favorite material for this commitment is clay ceramic (stoneware), because it allows me to express and transfer all my energy directly to the piece. When I work, I enter in a kind of “flow” state, where I no longer think or hesitate, I just create.
My hands move by themselves until these human beings (characters) come to life, slowly, they appear in front of me, looking at me right in the eyes... As I look back at them, I know they are alive and that they have many stories to tell.
I love to create. I love to tell stories and to give thoughts (experiences and learnings) a way of living. My art is the physical body that allows many souls to be alive and to be discovered by others"
